About "Our Story"

The Mystical Majesties are real people! At least, are inspired by real people!

In October of 2004, a 4th grader came up with the idea of a group of girls created by a scientist.  At the time, the group of girls consisted of her and three other friends. Their character's names were Akako, Mamoru, Nami, and Gina, all Japanese names. Akako had power over fire, Mamoru over earth, Nami over water, and Gina over metal. Later on, Akako and Mamoru's names were changed to shorted versions of them, Koco and Moru. Koco's older sister didn't think the story wouldn't last very long, and would be forgotton just like many of the other games they had played.

But it didn't.

After a while, Koco's sister decided she was interested in becoming a majesty, and after a lot of begging, she became Sora.  The five lasted a few months, but eventually more majesties came along.  Koco and Sora's two younger cousins became majesties after Koco's willingness to add them to the fun. The two became Ebbi and Dusk, but only for a short while. Sora suggested changing dusk's name to Dawn, not knowing he was her boy cousin. Dawn, or Dawnathon, became the 7th majesty.

The group lasted for a while, but a new member arrived unexpectedly. Rini, Nami's younger cousin also joined the team.

And then there were nine. Nami's younger sister joined the team as Kiyo, but was later removed for her actions. she claimed to be seeing Thunder all of the time, and it was annoying the girls, because he wasn't there. Another girl at Koco's school replaced Nami's sister and became Kiyo.

Lastly, Layn.  Layn was origionally a friend of Koco's who lived in another area of Maryland. supposedly she quit, but currently she is denying it. Another girl, who coincidently had the same name, replaced her as Layn.

And Korean.  Who could forget Korean! Another boy at Koco's school. And Koco say's Korean's dad is Master. But who's Thunder?

No one. We just made him up!  :)
